I don't think so, the reason why is that a lot of low carb diets have a lot of problems with them that makes it hard for the everyday dieter. Let's look at a popular diet, if you tried the Atkins diet then the amount of carbs that you could have is very limited by anyone's standards.

The Atkins diet only allows 20 grams of carbs each day during the first part of the diet and this last for 14 days. This is not enough carbs for the regular dieter for 2 weeks. This will make you feel miserable and weak throughout the day. Our bodies need carbs for energy.

The South Beach Diet is not as bad as the Atkins Diet, but it is not that easy to follow. A winning diet plan should be easy to follow, so people will stick with it. A good diet should not make you feel weak or miserable.

I know that not all diets are limited like the Atkins Diet is, but many low carb diets are very difficult to follow. These diets will leave you hungry and weak, which is not a good way to get online help for weight loss. The answer to losing weight is not low carbs. What happened to Wendy's burgers?? (pic)?

This is a double stack next to one of their spoons and a ketchup packet. I have not modified this in any way! Why are their burgers getting so small? Don't they make enough money? Why are there barely and condiments? McDonalds is going to put them out of business!

The Double Stack is a special burger aimed at people concerned about cost, people that wanted smaller portions, and people watching nutriential information like a hawk.

It should not be viewed as a normal or average burger.

The Classic is their default/standard Burger. It can cost as little as one dollar or as much as 6.50 though depending on which Wendy's you go to.

I personally like to order a Stack Attack / Double Stack / Stacker and a 5-piece nuggets some times. They make the perfect combo when I am more in the mood for meat then fries, but I am weird XD

I live in a test market, so my beef is with the Nuggets right now. The three closest Wendy's to me have different nuggets. Not meaning you can order different types of nuggets, but the recipe is different at each one.. I don't get a choice, if you discount traveling to a different Wendy's. Since I'm in a test market, the prices are also all different.. which can get very annoying. One Wendy's meals will be 1.50 or more then another's exact same meals. They also have been testing (buffalo) wings and frosty stuff. Oh, yes,.. and the Breakfest Menus are completely different at each of these Wendy's... one's focus is freshly baked stuff, one is cresants, and one is biscuits.
