Can you drink alcohol outside at a private club that has a liquor license?

It's an American Legion and in Ohio. I heard that u can put a fence up, it has to be in a certain cup, and many rumors....

We have cornhole tournaments and we don't want to play inside but still want to drink....what's the law?

Almost certainly. You can drink on private property with the provision of the owner almost always. Call the local police department for the ordinance in your area. However if you're talking about outside in a public space then you're probably going to be out of luck. Again, a quick call to the city police will clear it up.
