6.       Pass over one glass of sweet drink during the day, transforming it to diet drink or, better yet, water. Each cup of fruit juice has 100 calories. Orange or carrot juices feel nutritious? It's true, but it has 100 calories in every cup.

 

7.       Be selective with readymade sauces.  One tablespoon of salad dressing has no less then 50 calories, a small dish as serve in restaurants - minimally 300.  Lowering of a few drops will save you 100 cal.  Don't say I didn't know: going low-fat dressing and using 50 percent of a bottle of salad dressing for every salad plate - does not count.

 

8.       Whenever you want pie - Cut yourself a slice. Want to make it straight? Know that this alignment has at least 100 calories.  One slice. Not two, not three. One.

Looking for a specific serving spoon with tines?

I am looking for a serving spoon that is made of plastic, and one side of it is spoon shaped, but the other side has tines. Does anyone know what this is called, or where I might find one?
It's like a spork, but the tines are on one side, not the front of the spoon
